Anotace

The subject is focused on knowledge management in the company, including explanation of importance of basic principles, processes and tools of knowledge management in corporate practice. Part of the lesson is an insight into employee training, knowledge needs analysis, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of education. Attention is also focused on various concepts of knowledge management in business practice: learning organization, knowledge business and their characteristics. Students test their learning abilities and are able to find the optimal way of self-education.
