3. The sources of pollution as a result of transportation and the methods of evaluation of the impact of transportation on the living environment.
4. The influence of the transport of the materials on the living environment
5. The transport accidence and living environment
6. The noise coming from form the transportation
7. Transportation and air pollution 1
8. Transportation and the air pollution 2
9. Transportation and the soil pollution
10. Transportation and Water Pollution
11. The methods of the air quality monitoring
12. Methods for Monitoring Water and Soil Quality
13. Recycling of materials as an approach towards reducing the negative impact of transportation on the environment

Excersises:
1. Safety in laboratories, introduction of the topics of practical exercises
2. Quantitative expression of the pollutant’s concentration
3. Excursion to the laboratory focused on the monitoring of the air quality
4. Quantification of the air pollution caused by the friction processes
5. Excursion to the laboratory focused on the testing of the ecotoxicity
6. Characterization of the chemical composition of particulate matter
7. Chharacterization of the phase composition of particulate matter
8. Characterization of the particle’s morphology using microscopy techniques
9. Evaluation of the data sets obtained from the devices dedicated for the determination of the mass and particle size distribution.
10. Determination of the selected parameters of water
11. Diagnostics and quality inspections of the operating fluids, their possible impact on the living environment
12. Excursion to national reference laboratory for the noise measurement
13. Identification of the polymers and the possible gaseous products released during the thermal cycles
