- Soft skills – meaning, description, development possibilities.
- Structured CV - content, form, trends.
- Motivation letter – structure and content.
- Self-management – developing self-management skills.
- Time management - developing the ability to plan, follow a plan and deadlines.
- Communication skills – communication scheme, phases of communication, types of communication.
- Non-verbal communication – function, analysis of basic signals, adjustment of space for communication.
- Verbal communication – interview, principles of effective communication.
- Communication techniques – presentation, self-presentation.
- Dealing with the client – tactical aspects of dealing with the client, managing manipulative approaches.
- Career planning – diagnosis (career type, team roles, self-knowledge - Belbin, etc.).
- Preparation for the recruitment – organization, assessment center, model situations.
- Managing stress and workload, work-life balance.
