Summary

The subject is intended for students of technical or economic orientation or humanities. Students will be introduced to the soft skills with a focus on self-management and diagnostics (charting their own strengths and weaknesses), effective communication and career planning.
Learning outcomes:
- knowledge of own strengths and areas for development,
- preparation of CV according to current trends,
- ability to search for relevant job offers, to approach potential employers,
- ability to present in front of a group of people,
- knowledge of stress response, defense mechanisms, signs and symptoms of stress, ability to use effective stress management strategies.
