The 30th FEI Journal Club will focus on the topic of returning humans to the Moon and the competition between the U.S. and China to be the first to set foot on its surface in the 21st century.
The guest speaker will be Tomáš Přibyl, a space journalist and author of numerous non-fiction books. In his lecture, he will discuss current developments in manned missions to the Moon and explain what is at stake today—from prestige and technology to future economic opportunities.
He will also focus on the preparations for individual missions, their technological infrastructure, and the broader context surrounding this new “race to the Moon.”
We look forward to seeing you there!
