- 20% co-financing of eligible project costs.
- The minimum duration of the implementation of the Sub-project is 6 months.
- The maximum duration of the implementation of the Sub-project is 12 months.
- Sub-projects must always start at the beginning of a calendar year.
- Companies may join an ongoing sub-project.
- The participation of a company is Subject to approval by the Commercialisation Board.
- The participating company must demonstrate that it is not a company in difficulty.
- TA CR approval of a company's participation will only be processed on 15 April and 15 September of the respective year

Announcement of the 4th Call for Sub-project Proposals
The average funding allocated to a Sub-project is CZK 1,020,000.
The grant covers 80% of eligible costs.
Eligible costs include personnel costs, services, other costs and overheads.
Expected start date of the Sub-project: 2 January 2027
