Anotace

The course explains the differences between motivation and stimulation. Content and process motivation theories are analyzed. Possibilities of influencing work motivation by main stimulation factors are explained. Basic components of compensation package are analyzed including their influence on performance. Main methods of employees’ development are assessed. The influence of leadership styles on employees’ motivation is explained.
