The objective of the subject is to introduce the main problems of activities
of
the personnel department. Student will get to know the following areas: labour
resources, importance of personal management, main activities – obtaining,
choice, acceptance, orientation, evaluation and remuneration, creation of wage
schedules, labour force market, unemployment, internal and external market
analysis, productivity.
