Quality Management and Inspection

Anotace

The acquirements of basic principles of quality management and quality
inspection and mastering of selected methods used in this field is the
objective of this subject. Students will be familiar with actual development
in the field of quality management, with requirements of quality management
systems and their implementation in companies, with total quality management
principles etc. Especial attention is paid to the basic quality management
tools („seven basic tools“), to the area of data collection and their
statistical processing and analysis and to the areas of statistical process
control, process capability analysis, quality inspection techniques, acceptance
sampling and selected methods of quality planning.
