What does Transfer Academy offer?

A series of 5 practical workshops that will help you acquire key skills for successful technology transfer.

1. Market Research

What to expect?

  • Identifying Innovation Opportunities – When and how should market research be conducted to uncover new possibilities and leverage them to your advantage? You will learn about the latest tools and methods to better understand market dynamics.
  • Product Research – How can you determine what competing technologies and products are already on the market? Learn how to analyze the market to develop innovations that are not only competitive but also desirable.
  • Customer Research – Who are your potential customers? Who should you target and how to reach them effectively? We will explore market segmentation and customer persona building to better understand the needs of your target groups.
  • Market Research – How big is your market, and what are the possibilities for entering it? We will examine various factors that may influence the success of your product or technology.

Learn how to identify key facts for industry partners and how to communicate them effectively, including BTL communication specifics (events, trade fairs, conferences).
  • Social Media – What role do social networks play in marketing strategy? We will discuss why and how to use them, and how content creation differs across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and visual media
