Ensuring Process Stability through Efficient Application Technology
Presentation Abstract: The presentation focuses on the precise application of lubricants in forming processes. Core topics include the detection and evaluation of lubricant quantities on component surfaces, selection and adjustment of application technologies, and nozzle design. A particular focus is placed on the new "Einstein" nozzle system, which enables more targeted and efficient spraying.
Additionally, the talk addresses integrated processes such as surface cleaning and subsequent oil application in press shops. The aim is to achieve reliable, reproducible, and resource-efficient lubrication through proper system setup and process control.
