Join the 3rd Czech-German Business Meeting – showcase your ideas, innovations, and expertise!

This international networking event offers professionals, researchers, and companies the opportunity to:

  • Give an expert talk
  • Showcase innovations at an exhibition booth
  • Connect with potential partners from both academia and industry

Abstract submission form

Are you interested in giving a talk during the event? We invite professionals, researchers, and entrepreneurs to submit short abstracts related to topics such as:

  • Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence in industry
  • Sustainable production processes, process chains with biological materials
  • E-mobility and micro-mobility
  • Sustainable energy systems and hydrogen technologies

Submission guidelines

  • Deadline for submission: 19 December 2025
  • All submissions will be reviewed by our program committee. Selected speakers will be contacted individually.

Presentation format

Each presentation will be 20 minutes in total:

  • 15 minutes for your presentation
  • 5 minutes for Q&A

Booth reservation

Showcase your company, product, service, or research at our exhibition area. The exhibition space offers a great platform for:

  • Live product demonstrations
  • Networking with potential clients and partners
  • Promoting services to an international audience

  • Limited availability: registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis

What’s provided by the organisers

Exhibitors will have access to a space of approximately 2 × 2 metres, including:

  • 1 table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 power socket

What exhibitors need to bring

  • Roll-up banners and promotional materials
  • Product samples or display items
  • TV screens or laptops for demos
  • Extension cords, power strips, adapters etc.
  • Any additional equipment required for their setup etc.

Venue access & logistics

Two lifts are available for transporting materials to the exhibition area:

  • Cabin size: 110 cm (W) × 140 cm (D)
  • Door width: 80 cm, automatic opening
  • Maximum weight capacity: 630 kg
