Alfons Václavík is a PhD candidate in Cybernetics at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava and the co-founder of inFacto Engineering s.r.o. His professional background is deeply rooted in industrial automation, digital twin development, and virtual commissioning. In his current role at our company, he primarily oversees the smooth execution of projects and manage new business acquisitions to ensure thier advanced engineering solutions reach the right industrial partners. However, despite these managerial responsibilities, his true passion remains hands-on engineering; Alfons always enjoys sitting down at his workstation to dive deep into complex environments and simulation data. His main research and innovation interests focus on bridging the gap between academic theory and practical industrial application, specifically through advanced simulations, AI-driven automation, and creating highly efficient production planning systems. |

While “AI generation” echoes as a ubiquitous buzzword across the industry, we turn it into a tangible asset. We are actively expanding the boundaries of AI, simulations, and modeling in industrial automation. Our core focus lies in the practical, high-impact deployment of production planning and Virtual Commissioning. We are building the tools of tomorrow, including a novel, proprietary system designed to automatically generate functional PLC code directly from standard technical documentation. By bridging top-tier university research with commercial reality, we empower manufacturers to slash debugging times, accelerate project delivery, and forge the highly efficient process chains necessary for modern, sustainable production. |
