Miroslav Marek

Miroslav Marek is a manager, consultant, and co-founder of the Edmund startup, working at the intersection of industry, company management, and innovation. He has more than 15 years of managerial experience in manufacturing and industrial companies, serving both in top management and in key roles in production and industrial engineering (e.g., Continental, Siemens). He also brings 19 years of project management experience and 14 years of practice as a consultant, mentor, and coach focused on management systems, performance improvement, and leadership development. His work is grounded in hands-on implementation of production systems (Lean, TPM, Kaizen), strategy development and execution in industrial firms, and process and product innovation management. In recent years, he has been intensively focused on digitalization and applied AI in industry—especially in maintenance. As Edmund’s co-founder, Mr Marek connects his managerial and consulting background with modern technologies to help companies turn strategy, data, and know-how into practical, measurable results.
