Presentation Abstract: Mysheet4.0 focuses on the development of a one-stop ordering system for Industry 4.0 solutions optimized for metal sheet forming and related machining processes. The increasing digitalization of manufacturing creates significant challenges in selecting, configuring, and procuring compatible machines, tools, software, and services. Mysheet4.0 addresses these challenges by providing a unified digital platform that integrates technical data, process knowledge, and commercial information into a single ordering environment. By leveraging standardized data models, interoperability frameworks, and digital twin concepts, the platform ensures technical compatibility and process optimization across the entire value chain. Automated workflows support quotation, ordering, and system integration, while reducing engineering effort, lead times, and configuration errors. Real-time availability, lifecycle information, and performance indicators further enable transparent, customer-centric ordering processes. Mysheet4.0 strengthens cross-border industrial collaboration by connecting suppliers and users within a shared Industry 4.0 ecosystem. The project demonstrates how an integrated one-stop ordering approach can enhance efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness in modern, machine-tool-based prototype manufacturing.
