Fluctuations of the motivation curve being a common and inevitable phenomenon not only during studies, the course provides students with self-coaching and self-motivation tools and techniques useful in their both professional and personal lives.
This course offers practical solutions to some of the challenges Ph.D. students deal with on a daily basis, such as time management, setting goals, and handling motivation.
The main focus is on providing students with tools and techniques, i.e., time management matrix and biorhythms, timeline and milestones, SMART goal setting, goal matrix, GROW technique, wheel of awareness, hot air balloon technique, alter ego technique, future dialogue, Walt Disney technique and scaling tools.
In the course Self-Coaching and Self-Motivation Tools, students will learn to manage time, formulate short-term and long-term goals, build a strong inner motivation setting, and help themselves handle any motivational ups and downs.
Entry requirements for the course: English – level B2 (and higher)
Requirements for course completion: active participation in the lessons and completing tasks in LMS Moodle
