Coaching as a Unique Form of Development
Coaching is a specialized form of development that, through a structured dialogue with a coach, enables individuals to explore various perspectives and gain deeper insights into topics they wish to address or advance. A coach asks targeted questions that facilitate evaluating the situation and identifying new possibilities. Based on mutual agreement, the coaching process can also include mentoring elements if they are beneficial and relevant to the coachee.
