The first edition of the Scientific Writing Camp took place on 13–14 December 2022 and served as a pilot run of the entire event. It was held in Czech and was attended by 18 students from VŠB–Technical University of Ostrava.
During the program, participants were divided into 4 teams, in which they worked together on multidisciplinary research projects.

- Team: Resiliance + PuNo
- Presentation title: Druhy vod využívané v systému kritické infrastruktury (Types of water utilized in critical infrastructure systems)
