Study and traineeship placements abroad can be chosen all over the world. Financial support varies according to the destination country and the type of mobility. The most commonly used scholarships are the Erasmus+ scholarship or the VSB-TUO scholarship.

Study Stay: study at a foreign university

Traineeship: traineeship at foreign universities and collaborating entities such as laboratories, research centres and organisations

  • Anywhere in the world.
  • The scholarship is intended for study stays that cannot be supported by a scholarship from the Erasmus+ Programme.
  • The scholarship covers study stays at foreign partner universities with which a student exchange agreement has been signed, or students can go abroad as a freemover.
  • The scholarship also covers traineeship placements at partner universities or other institutions abroad.
