Mindset

Description

A mindset is a series of self-perceptions or beliefs people hold about themselves.
These periods of self-perception are dynamic and determine our behavior, our
actions, our attitude, and even our outlook and confidence levels. In this workshop, we
will introduce general types of mindsets fixed and growth mindsets along with fit and
develop mindsets.
We will describe which benefits they bring in one or the other situations, whether this is a university constellation, professional or personal life. We will talk about different techniques on how to dynamically switch from one mindset to another and will discuss our baseline beliefs.
We will question them and maximize their positive potential effect on our special case. Lastly, we will interactively practice learned techniques and find examples from our daily lives.
