Building B – Modern Student Housing and GARNI*** Hotel Floors

In November 2010, Building B underwent a major renovation funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The reconstruction included a complete renewal of water and electrical systems, new flooring, modernized sanitary facilities, newly furnished rooms, and full high‑speed internet coverage in all student rooms. The project also focused on improving safety standards by adding protected escape routes in stairwells, constructing an evacuation elevator, and upgrading the connecting corridor and entrance hall.

GARNI*** Hotel Floors

As part of the renovation, two hotel floors were added, offering the higher standard of a modern GARNI*** hotel with a total capacity of 83 beds.

Student Accommodation – Cell System

Today, Building B provides student housing in a cell layout. Each cell consists of one triple room and one double room sharing a bathroom. Every entrance hall is equipped with:

• a refrigerator
• a coat rack

Students also have access to a kitchenette on each floor, equipped with a ceramic cooktop and a microwave oven.

Accommodation Capacity

The total capacity of student housing in Building B is 850 beds.

Building C – Modern and Flexible Student Accommodation

Building C offers several types of student housing that combine comfort, functionality, and modern equipment. 

Cell‑type Accommodation

For 264 students, Building C provides double rooms arranged in a cell layout. Each cell consists of two rooms sharing a bathroom. Every room entrance hall includes a refrigerator.

This type of accommodation is self‑service – students are responsible for taking out their own waste and maintaining basic cleanliness. Thanks to this, it is the most affordable housing option in the building.

Renovated Rooms – Single and Double Rooms

In 2026, rooms marked x03–x18 underwent complete renovation. They were converted into:

• single rooms with a capacity of 64 residents
• double rooms with a capacity of 64 residents

All renovated rooms feature private bathrooms. The double rooms are primarily intended for accommodating couples.

Kitchens and Floor Facilities

On selected floors, students can use modern kitchens equipped with:

• two stoves with ovens
• an electric kettle

Additionally, each floor is equipped with a microwave oven.

Accommodation Capacity

The total accommodation capacity of the building is 392 beds.

Rental of beddings

A Rental of beddings is located on the ground floor, where students can borrow bed linen for a small fee.
