Entry to the building is allowed only to accommodated persons. For this reason, couriers do not have any authorization to deliver parcels, food or other orders directly to the room.
A client who orders delivery via courier services (e.g. Dáme jídlo, Wolt, Bolt Food, etc.) is obliged to notify the courier service of this restriction in advance.
The courier can wait for the client:
- in front of the main AB reception, or
- in the outdoor areas in front of the dormitories.
The client is responsible for receiving the parcel. Thank you for understanding and respecting the set rules.
You can use boxes (ALZAbox, PPL box) located in the dormitory area to send packages. More information about this service can be found HERE.
