Dear students, dear students, dear accommodation,
we would like to inform you about the start of the reconstruction of building C, which was handed over to the construction company OSBAU s.r.o. on 8 July 2025 for the implementation of the works. The reconstruction will mainly concern the renewal of water, sewage and electricity distribution systems. In part of the building, the floor coverings will also be replaced and the sanitary facilities will be modernized.
The reconstruction will take place in two stages:
Stage I: until 12 September 2025
Stage II: until 30 June 2026
During the second stage, accommodation will be possible in part of building C, specifically in rooms marked x28–x51.
Due to the ongoing construction work, we ask you to be extra careful and considerate when moving near the construction site.
We believe that this long-awaited reconstruction will significantly contribute to improving the quality of accommodation and the overall satisfaction of all accommodated guests.
