WSC offers doctoral students and staff the opportunity to consult their texts - both professional texts (dissertations and habilitation theses, conference papers, research articles, review studies, etc.) and texts intended for other readers (e.g. reports, CVs, applications, letters of recommendations), at any stage of their production (planning, drafting, or revision). We do not proofread, but provide consultations on how to:
- structure and revise (professional) text
- start publishing, set up a publishing strategy and choose an appropriate journal
- communicate with editors and reviewers of peer-reviewed journals
- use modern tools in (professional) writing
- and when (not) to use artificial intelligence
Please book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance via the reservation system. For an online consultation, indicate online consultation in the additional info box (notes). If you are unable to attend, please cancel your consultation via the booking system. If you repeatedly miss your scheduled appointments, you will not be allowed to book your consultation. Consultations are free of charge.
