MIPEF: Bringing ideas to market – Entry level

Description

Entry-level online course developed by the European Patent Office / European Patent Academy for STEM students. It introduces intellectual property, patent basics, patent information and IP strategy, with a focus on protecting inventions and bringing them to market.

Syllabus

1) Introduction to IP; 2) Patent basics; 3) Introduction to patent information; 4) Patent information in practice (Espacenet); 5) Developing an IP strategy.
