The Czech European Researchers' Night 2020 supported the implementation of the national event Researchers' Night 2020 in the Czech Republic. Thanks to the grant, for the first time in its history, the national Researchers' Night event joined the European structure of organisations coordinating the European Resarchers' Night. The aim of the project was to give residents and local communities the opportunity to meet scientists, and to learn about their work and the methods and equipment they need for their research. The project also aimed to increase the attractiveness of scientists' work and the prestige of this profession.
