In the Exascale Compound Activity Prediction Engine (ExCAPE) project, the IT4Innovations Center was involved in the development of modern scalable algorithms and their appropriate implementation applicable to future exascale supercomputers. The relevant algorithms were developed to solve complex pharmacology problems, taking into account the need to process the large amount of data required for industrial drug development.
