S sebou sportovní oblečení, obuv, ručník a pití.
Zápočtové požadavky budou sděleny na první hodině.

Basics of Martial Arts is taught by an external instructor. The lessons focus on the fundamentals of various martial arts and self-defense.
Classes take place at the Fighting Arena, outside the university campus in Poruba – www.fightingarena.cz.
Students should bring sports clothing, shoes, a towel, and water.
The requirements for obtaining credit will be communicated in the first lesson.
