Each type of student or employee card can be integrated with public transport card ODIS. It is not possible to add this feature to the card in the future.

For VŠB-TUO cards with ODIS, issued to our students, KC ensures that the student profile on the card is updated automatically during its revalidation. So it is no longer necessary to visit the pre-sales point or the DPO machines to update the student profile. The service is not available at external revalidation workplaces (EKF library, FBI library) - so it is necessary to update student profile on the ODIS card.

Anyone purchasing a card with ODIS acknowledges and agrees to the conditions for issue and use of ODIS and Privacy policy. And will express their consent electronically or by signing at the Card Centre when the card is issued.

Other options for students who do not have a VŠB-TUO card with the ODIS functionality
a. holders of existing newer ODIS chip cards (issued from March 2020)
You can extend your student profile for free by presenting ODIS card at the DPO ticket machine. You can also purchase the coupon itself directly from the ticket machine or from the e-shop www.odiska.cz or eshop.dpo.cz.
b. holders of existing older ODISka chip cards (issued by individual carriers until 2020)
First, you must have your ODISka personal data verified once at the DPO store or the ODIS Transport Infocentre. You can find out whether you have verified ODIS personal data after logging in to the e-shop www.odiska.cz in the detailed information about the card (for a verified card, the name, surname and date of birth are filled in).
With a verified card, you can extend your student profile and purchase a coupon in the same way as in the previous point a).
c. applicants for new ODISka chip cards
You can order the new ODIS card at the e-shop www.odiska.cz or eshop.dpo.cz or also at a DPO store or in the ODIS Transport Infocentre. As part of the process of ordering ODIS card in the e-shop, please send us a photocopy of your personal document so that we can verify your personal data. After you receive the completed ODIS card, you can extend your student profile and purchase a coupon in the same way as in point a).
d. ODISka users on mobile – in mobile application Moje DPO or ODISapka
A carrier of long-term time coupons in a mobile phone = ODIS in a mobile phone is free.
ATTENTION: in the first stage, ODISka can be used on a mobile phone only with the Ostrava Transport Company. Students who also use the services of other carriers must continue to use the classic plastic ODIS. The expansion of ODIS in mobile to other carriers is planned for the end of 2023.
In the mobile application ODISapka or in the mobile application Moje DPO you can easily and quickly set up ODIS on your mobile. Just upload your photo, ID and wait for the check and confirmation.
ODIS on mobile is connected to the e-shop www.odiska.cz, or eshop.dpo.cz. You can verify your VŠB-TUO student profile in the mobile application or after logging in to the e-shop (using the same username and password as you have in the mobile application).
You can then purchase the coupon itself either directly in the mobile application or in the e-shop.
e. users using a bank payment card as a coupon carrier
ATTENTION: this carrier can only be used at Ostrava Transport Company (DPO). Students who also use the services of other carriers must continue to use the classic plastic ODIS.
You can verify the VŠB-TUO student profile after logging in to the e-shop www.odiska.cz, or eshop.dpo.cz to the account to which you have assigned a bank payment card. Of course, the existing methods of fee-based verification of entitlement to a student profile in person at DPO stores or at ODIS Transport Info Centres remain available.
