Registration and payment
It is not possible to register and pay for the test in the Czech Republic. Those interested in taking the test must register directly with the US testing organization ETS. The payment for the test is made at registration. Registration is possible in three basic ways.
Price of TOFL iBT test: 240 USD
Online
This method of registration is recommended because it is the most convenient, fastest and cheapest way through the official website of the test, but only if you can pay online by credit card. Phone
If you pay by credit card (see information at the online registration) or pay by a voucher, you can also register by phone through the Regional Registration Headquartered in the Netherlands, call 0031 320 239 540. Before the call, prepare information according to the registration form which can be downloaded here.
By mail
It is the lengthiest and the most expensive method, but the only possible if you cannot pay by card. Fully completed and signed the registration form, which can be downloaded here, has to be sent to the Regional Registration Office in the Netherlands to the following address:

The completed registration forms must be simultaneously accompanied by payment either in the form of a bank check in a foreign currency, issued, for example, by Česká spořitelna, Živnostenská banka, or other banks) or International Money Order (IMO). Cheques, or IMO should be issued preferably in dollars and payable (in favour) in testing organization ETS-TOEFL, Princeton, New Jersey, USA. More information can be found in this Bulletin.
