The Accommodation office is located on the ground floor of the building B. The Accommodation office runs all the important administrative activities. In case of any problem, do not hesitate to contact the accommodation officer there.
The Accommodatin office provides:
- accommodation for students (signature of the housing contract, handling of room keys)
- termination of accommodation (surrender of the moving out card, surrender of the room key)
- choice of rooms or room change
- emitting confirmations on the student's outgoing document
- payment records for accommodation and arrears
- payment of accommodation and other services
- procure information related to student accommodation administration
