Short-term accommodation is provided only in the summer months (1.7. - 31.8.) or in the case of long-term free capacity of dormitories.
The price does not include the city tax of CZK 35/person/and every started day of the stay, with the exception of the day of its commencement. Persons under 18 years of age are exempt from the fee.

Upon arrival, you will be checked in at our receptions according to the instructions you will receive from the head of hotel accommodation or based on the instructions given at the AB reception (applies to mass events such as Beat for love or Colors of Ostrava). Prepare before you check in:
- proof of identity (identity card, passport)
Upon presentation of these proof of indentity and payment of the amount for accommodation, the accommodated person will be given a Dormitory card, which he / she is obliged to present to the receptionist at every entrance to the building. Internet is not available in the rooms.
The price of accommodation is to be paid for the entire stay on the day of arrival IN CASH at the reception E.
According to Act No. 112/2016 Coll. on record of sales "EET" the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, no later than 48 hours. Sales records do not apply to sales of student accommodation and meals and to employees.
