The form is used only to issue the Housing contract for getting the visa. This is not an application for the accommodation!

CONDITIONS FOR ISSUING THE HOUSING CONTRACT TO GET THE VISA:

  1. The student declares by signing that he / she has submitted an application for study, and thus the right to issue the Housing contract for the purpose of obtaining visa arises
  2. This Housing contract is issued only for getting the visa

I, the undersigned, confirm the truthfulness and completeness of the information above and am aware of the fact that all missing and untrue statements will result in the invalidation of my accommodation form. I do confirm, that I was familiarized with the terms and conditions of accommodation. With my signature, I hereby give my consent to use my personal statements for the purposes of managing the accommodation form and maintaining records regarding the accommodated subjects. The personal statements are kept in accordance with law no. 101/2000 , for 5 years at the longest.
