Na základě výzkumu kon taminace půd v oblasti Karvinska jsme zjistili, že se v polétavém prachu vyskytují oxidy železa (magnetit-maghemit a hematit). Fe-oxidické fáze lze proto použít jako významný indikátor kontaminace lesních půd.
