Summary |
---|
The course deals with BIM issues with an emphasis on the application of Building Service-Systems, TZB, to digital building models. In the exercise, a model will be developed on available software (student licenses). The model will include both 3D element modelling and product demonstration from specific suppliers of building or technical components. Students will learn how to create and edit a spatial model, including all installations, from which they can easily get 2D documentation, as well as realistic visualizations. |
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |
---|
Students will acquire knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM), which is part of the life cycle of the building, from design, implementation, use of the building, and eventual reconstruction to its disposal. The BIM is based on a sophisticated digital model that will cover all Building Service-Systems, TZB - water, sewage, gas, heating and air conditioning. The aim of the course will also be a demonstration of how to link the BIM model to the CAFM system, which can then be used for planning revisions or maintenance of technological equipment. |
