Summary |

The subject Economics for Architects aims to explain to students the investment processes and their relationships, their connection with the realization of buildings, their management and familiarization with the realization of the buildings from the point of view of the design office, including the provision of turnkey delivery. The graduate will be able to independently plan and organize his activities at the level of construction projects and the realization of buildings, including economic aspects. Furthermore, the graduate obtains general information about the business environment and business rules in the Czech Republic, including strategic business planning. |
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |

The future architect will enter into practice with sufficient knowledge and skills from the economic field, which will enable him to actively work in design offices, construction companies, development companies, state administration and, last but not least, to act as a sole entrepreneur. |
