Summary
Learning outcomes of the course unit The subject deals with the basic general typological principles for the design of civic equipment and constructions for employment, including production, focusing on the general and technical requirements stipulated by the legal regulations, including conditions for barrier-free use Includes basic and higher civic amenities with current requirements for barrier- with reduced mobility or orientation.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Learning outcomes of the course unit Basic knowledge of principles of design for civil engineering structures in the relations of general and technical requirements, including requirements for barrier-free use of apartment buildings. An integral part is the mastering of the orientation in the legal regulations and the Czech technical standards influencing the design of the building.
Course Contents
1. Introduction to the subject, basic terms and terminology of civic equipment and production structures
2. General technical requirements ensuring the barrier-free use of civic amenities
3. General technical requirements ensuring the barrier-free use of buildings for employment
4. General technical requirements ensuring the barrier-free use of roads and public areas
5. Buildings for transport - parking and parking areas, garages, special technical requirements
6. Buildings for social services - facilities of social services, technical requirements
7. Accommodation facilities and special technical requirements
8. Buildings for trade, hygiene requirements of grocery stores and range of stores
9. Technical and material requirements for the equipment of medical facilities
10. School and pre-school facilities and special technical requirements
11. Recreational and sports facilities in living quarters, hygienic conditions and safety requirements
12. Administrative buildings and premises, technical requirements of the standard environment
13. Buildings for production and storage and special technical requirements
14. Spatial composition of industrial area, production zones and technical requirements
