The subject introduces students with basic information about the economics of land development. As a result of accelerating economic trends and their impact on spatial structure, and the structure of cities particularly, it is inevitable that future professionals who will offer services in the areas of municipal engineering, planning and management of urban space acquired the issues of urban economics and market relations in the context of territorial development. |
