Summary
The subject is focused on quality management. The study is divided into two parts. The first one focuses in the current trends in quality planning on planning and operation planning (preparation for the implementation of the quality system). This means focusing primarily on TQM (Total Quality Management) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) concepts. In the second part, attention is paid to EMS. The Environmental Management System (EMS) concerns the management of environmental organization programs in a comprehensive, systematic, planned and documented way. It includes organizational structure, planning and resources for the development, implementation and maintenance of environmental policy. EMS is an integral part of modern quality management, and students will be introduced to this issue.
