Summary
To explain students valid legislation of the Czech Republic in the OSH area – construction sector, especially Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code, in relation to Act No. 309/2006 Coll. on further requirements for health and safety at work, including duties of coordinators and Building Act No. 183/2006 Coll. Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll. on minimum requirements for safety and health at work on building sites and Government Regulation No. 362/2005 Coll. on minimum requirements for safety and health at work at heights, and other related regulations and standards in the area of construction.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of experience in the student's participation in selected companies, societies and organizations and to the extent required hours of practice passing, that his theoretical knowledge was konforntovány to normal operation.
Course Contents
1st Introduction - Overview of legal and technical regulations
2nd Responsibilities of the building resulting from the Building Act
3rd Types and ranges of building work documentation
4th Responsibilities of the sponsor and contractor
5th Provisions, rights and obligations of occupational health and safety coordinator on site
6th The use of temporary facilities on site - machinery, equipment, site
7th Work safety in construction work
8th Requirements for site acquisition and special construction works
9th Ambient operating machinery and equipment on site
10th Activity that exposes an individual to increased risk to life or health on site
11th The scope and work plan for health and safety on site
12th Protective zones electricity system, gas system, heat supply
13th Technical requirements for buildings for the use of persons with reduced mobility
14th Authorization of state supervision over the preparation and execution of work
