Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the subject is to inform the students on the basic principles of chemical analysis methods used in fire protection. The subject deals with the basics of analytical chemistry from sampling to measured data interpretation. The teaching focuses on the most often used classical and instrumental analytical methods used in fire protection. The teaching proceeds in the form of lectures and practical tutorials in laboratories. During tutorials, the students not only learn to work in laboratories but get also acquainted with basic calculations in analytical chemistry.
