| Introduction to the issue of an integrated control system. The requirements for a quality management system, environmental management and occupational health and safety management. Individual elements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001. Quality policy, environmental policy and OSH. Deming cycle PDCA cycle. Planning, implementation and operation, checking and review. The relationships between the elements of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. Reference to legal requirements and internal documentation. |
