Learning outcomes of the course unit The subject acquaints with the techniques of private detective activities, which contribute not only to protection of the security but also economic interests of the client with emphasis on their legal aspects, qualification requirements, crime prevention status, latent criminality, authorization, role, , in particular detective surveillance, detective search of persons and things, detective investigation, detective development and documentation, commercial news. |

1. Introduction to commercial detective activities - definition of private detective activities, contractual commercial detective services, detective services of the nature of self-protection.
2. The legal framework of commercial detective activities, licensing of a private detective service, qualification requirements, professional competence.
3. Criminal Prevention and Private Detective Activity - Detective screening of potential and existing employees, including business partners, detective surveillance in business premises and other locations, providing protection, leakage prevention.
4. Principles of Detective Explaining Latent Crime.
5. Forms of private detective activities - Detective, Detective Disinformation, Detective Investigation, Detective Investigation, Detective Development, Detective Documentation.
6. The Importance of Commercial Intelligence for Commercial Detective Activity - Defense Intelligence, Active News, Influential News.
7. Methods of private detective activities - combined and complex methods, detective combinations, detective infiltration, detective disinformation.
8. Detective Personal Protection - with previous training, without previous training.
