Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the course is introduces the basic concepts, mutual relations and systemic view of risk theory. Special attention is paid to the organization's management, the position of the crisis manager and “Business Continuity Management” in the context of the organization's crisis management. Students will be able to proces "Business Continuity Plan" organization.
Course Contents
1. Basic concepts and relationships of the theory of risk.
2. A systematic look at risk theory. Methods of key performance indicators, models of economic efficiency and safety.
3. Conceptual and legislative basis of risk assessment.
4. Risk management, risk assessment (general principles).
5. Selected techniques for risk assessment in an organization.
6. Risk management in crisis management.
7. Business Continuity Management (general principles).
8. Implementing Business Continuity Management into the organization's system.
9. “Business Continuity Plan” of organization.
10. Business Continuity Management BCM in the context of organization crisis management.
11. Organization management, risk management, security management.
12. Position and tasks of crisis manager.
