Summary
The optimization of the movement in different stress situations. Technical aids for load compensation.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The goal of the subject is to provide information about basics of system ZAD and about appropriate diagnostic technique in the filed.
Course Contents
- Introduction, introduction with the content and requirements, a summary of current knowledge, diagnostic and therapeutic devices
- motive system (passive and active motor skills)
- motive system and its functions ( postural muscles)
- muscle imbalance and its relation to posture, movement patterns
- functional debilitation of motive system
- debilitation of the motive system - debilitation of the species and their characteristics
- standing, the standing posture, characteristic
- sitting, Dynamic sitting, alternative seating
- business sector, the issue of lifting and carrying, static loads of duress

Laboratory
- basic starting position for the exercise
- methodology for balancing exercises
- fitness training - methodology, use of technical aids
- Stretching exercises - the principles, basic techniques
- breathing exercises
- relaxation exercises
- psychomotor exercises
- Practice good standing
