Summary
The subject is aimed at general principles of the genesis, transmission, the processing and enshrinement information study in the living systems, the modelling and simulation of the biological systems and the way of operation study in physiological and pathological conditions. The ground is formed by the cell, biological membranes, bio thermodynamics and biophysical chemistry. The quality biological systems study deals with the neurophysiology, nervous system, respiratory system, locomotive organs, vascular system, heart activity, genetic information, sensory system and organ's function replacement.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
After graduating the subject the student gains information about principles of creation, transmision, processing and storing information in the living systems. The subject with its content belongs into the inter-field of the batchelor field with a specialization on a biomedical engineer specialist in medical facilities.

Physiological principles. Energy and life processes. Structure organisms in live nature. Cell, microscopic and submicroscopic structure. Fundamental processes
biological membrane I., Structure and function. Chemical potential. Equilibrium condition in heterogeneous system
biological membrane II., Diaphragmal ionic channels. Transmitter systems for transport ion over membrane
Biotermodynamic I., Introduction into thermodynamic. Thermodynamic of live system, entropy
Biotermodynamic II., Structural thermodynamic. Thermodynamic biological evolution
Neurophysiology - Nervous system. Conveyance and working information in biological system. Nervous, hormonal and humoral level their steerage. Structure of the nervous system, chances of steerage on single level. Central system nervous. Nervous fibre, substitution diagram and quadratic diffusion shock
Genic information. Transmission genic information abreast bioinformatics macromolecule.
Heart. Activity heart and meaning regulation gadgetry at stress
