Summary |

Soft skills are getting to the center of attention of all man who want a traditional education system adaptable to the needs of the current labor market. Surveys among employers of all sizes and disciplines have repeatedly confirmed the demand for the development of soft skills of employees, including those who enter the labor market after school. Employers are calling for that targeted development soft skills were already in the study. This demand also responds proposed optional subject "soft skills". The development of soft skills is based on experiential learning. The traditional model is relieved by the partner relationship between instructor and participants, lectures are replaced by exercises, both sides learn something new and mutually enriched. The curriculum based on the reality of the situation and experiences are the most important element with that is further worked. Building only on the experiences would probably not be enough. Theoretical background to what takes place in exercises is summarized in the "Wizard of competence”. Tutor works with it, either directly or he refers to it during practice. Interactive DVD programs enriches trainings of soft skills.
