Legislation - laws and standards (standards), normalization (standardization) process, the standard de facto and de jure organizations (multinational, global standardization organization (ISO, IEC, ITU), national, ...) Other standards organization. Significant industrial standardization activities in the field of IT (W3C, ...)
Standards for IT security. Copyright Act, Electronic Signature Law and related decrees
EU legislation - Telecommunication package.
National regulatory authorities - the Czech Telecommunication Office.
Implementing legislation for the Electronic Communications Act.
• Decree on numbering plans, networks and electronic communications services, management of numbers and codes, the transition to digital television (government regulations, decrees, network plan).
• Overview of existing legislation in the field of fixed and wireless networks.
Frequency band allocation plan, plan to use radio spectrum - Radiocommunication Regulations. Legislation of the European Commission in frequency planning.
Standards of hygiene and legal limits in wireless networks.
Regional Planning, Building Act and its impact on telecommunications networks.
Regulations and recommendations of various associations in the CR (Czech Radio Club, Association of public telecommunication networks, the Czech Association of Electronic Communications, the Czech Association of Telecommunications.
