Summary |
---|
The subject is a link between physics and chemistry on the one hand and biological sciences on the other. The content of the subject is aimed to the interdisciplinary bachelor's study preparing technicians-specialists for health care. The subject concentrates on the description of physical and chemical processes in living organisms, their qualitative and quantitative aspects, energy flows and conversion in living matter, and mutual interaction of living systems. |
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |
---|
The goal of the subject is the interpretation of physical phenomena in the field of medical physics. A student will learn the basic mechanisms of the effects of various physical factors on human health. |
