Learning outcomes of the course unit Students will get basic information about energy accumulation and effective handling.
Learning outcomes of the course unit Students will acquire knowledge of the application of a number of skills in energy use in accordance with trends of sustainable development.
The subject belongs to a group of subjects which follows the technical knowledge of the subjects of thermomechanics, physics and hydromechanics but puts emphasis on the economic aspects of the operation of energy equipment.
Students are taught a subject that combines the technical, business and managerial aspects of the behavior of companies operating in the field of energy.
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the subject is to form a graduate's professional profile, which will operate energy facilities with knowledge of economic categories and minimal disturbance of the environment.

1. Basics of energy economics.
2. Balance of energy, use structure, energy flows.
3. Raw materials, classification, utilization, efficiency.
4. Energy use at the point of consumption and accumulation.
5. Transformation of energy.
6. Exergy, exergetic efficacy.
7. Energy transport.
8. Accumulation systems, procedures, efficiency.
9. Heat accumulation.
10. Accumulation of electricity.
11. Energy management (energy audit, energy characteristics, energy balance).
12. Investing and strategies for the economical use of energy I., II. ČEA.
13. Production costs and energy prices, tariff systems, efficiency of investments.
14. Economics of the environment. Legislation. |
